The Heart Attack Prevention Center operates as a membership-based concierge practice. Our annual membership fee covers the enhanced access, extended appointments, and personalized attention that define our practice.
How Insurance Works with Our Practice
While the membership fee itself is not covered by insurance, many of the services we provide — including lab work, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests — are typically covered by your health insurance plan. We will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf for these covered services.

- Direct phone and email access to your doctor

What Insurance Typically Covers

HSA and FSA Eligible
