What We Expect
Prevention is a partnership. While we commit to providing you with exceptional care, we also ask for your commitment to the process.
Our practice is built on a foundation of mutual respect and shared responsibility. We invest significant time and resources into understanding your health and building your prevention plan. In return, we ask that you be an active, engaged participant in your own care.
We Ask That You:
- Be honest and thorough in sharing your health history, habits, and concerns. The more we know, the better we can help.
- Follow through on recommended testing, imaging, and follow-up appointments. Prevention only works if we can monitor your progress.
- Commit to lifestyle changes when recommended. Medication alone is rarely sufficient — nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management are essential components of prevention.
- Communicate openly about what's working and what isn't. If a recommendation isn't practical for your lifestyle, tell us — we'll find an alternative.
- Keep your scheduled appointments and give adequate notice if you need to reschedule.
- Be patient with the process. Prevention is a long-term investment in your health, not a quick fix. Results take time, but they last.
A True Partnership
The patients who see the best outcomes are those who treat their health as a priority and work collaboratively with our team. We are here to guide, educate, and support you — but ultimately, the daily choices that drive your health are yours to make.
